How long does it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Custom products, including personalized tennis rackets and custom footballs, require additional lead time for craftsmanship and usually ship within 2-4 weeks.
What is your return policy for sporting equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made products and used equipment are not eligible for return unless they possess a manufacturing defect.
Do Wilson products come with a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind our quality. Most hard goods, such as rackets and bats, carry a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Inflation products and accessories typically carry a 90-day warranty.
Can I track my shipment once it leaves the warehouse?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
